Veterinary Physiology

  1. To provide internationally, nationally acceptable and locally relevant theoretical and practical training to undergraduate and post-graduate students in all appropriate facets of Veterinary Physiology.
  2. To engage in relevant research activities within the broader guidelines set out by the Faculty of Veterinary Science.
  3. To pursue and maintain a world-class leadership role in the quest for knowledge by way of quality research, capacity building, consultancy and innovative outreach in order to contribute to livestock sector in changing climate scenario through application of effective and recent strategies in animal adaptation, nutrition, management and reproduction.
  4. To promote the personal and professional development of the personnel within the Division.
