Vision

1. Imparting education in the field of clinical veterinary medicine, ethics and jurisprudence and allied branches of learning and scholarship for human resource development.
2. Furthering the advancement of learning and prosecution of research in veterinary medicine, ethics and jurisprudence with particular emphasis on problem of domestic animal in Jammu and Kashmir.
3. Such other purposes as the university may deem/determine essential from time to time.
